This is a great family eating establishment. Delicious hearty homemade meals at reasonable prices. Definitely on my radar when it comes to good food!

Great food and excellent service

A cool place to have lunch with your mom for her birthday the girls brought us a birthday cake ice cream thing for my mom sing Happy Birthday to her their specials they have a lot to choose from besides our menu service was excellent food was really good I recommend anybody visiting Paterson to go to Mills and have yourself they have a full-service bar dinner lunch breakfast awesome place

The tuna melt I had was delicious. The wifey had the French dip and the meat actually was seasoned. Fries were good too and the wine pours, excellent! Definitely will be back and encourage others too.

Slightly dated but neat older place to enjoy a meal. Great breakfast and tasty coffee. Service was excellent! Can't speak to lunch/dinner as I haven't tried it yet.

I ordered scrambled eggs and got sunny side up so the waitress took them back and returned same eggs scrambled since I didn't prefer them that way I did not eat them she did take a couple of dollars off the bill I've been here more than once all other times have been great except this morning

The food was really good. The9 service was good but they have about four or five big parties and so it took us a little while before we we actually got our order but that was okay. Everyone is very friendly there and the food you always get more than enough and you always have to take some home so. So you will never go hungry. By the way if you really like potato salad, they have the best the Chef makes the best potato salad just like the Italians.

My baby daddy's favorite place to drink. If they can put up with him and his crazy ways they are GREAT! Food is great here as well .

Very professional with delicious food

This place is an old fashioned experience and has a blast from the past menu. It is a popular spot for locals. There is a diner and a restaurant and a bar and an outdoor area. I know the host events for local organizations which is a plus if you're looking to support the local community. The parking lot fills up but street parking is easy.

Great food and great service. This place is a blast from the past and it's no wonder they've been open as long as they have. The breakfast was great and the lunch was too. The saloon part of Mil's is pretty cool looking too, and they have it all decorated for Halloween. Definitely recommend this place

There isn't a lot of places in Patterson for one to hang with a good drink and talk but this is That place. Good prices for Happy Hour, their food, at least breakfast was very good. Had your basic omelette with bacon and veggies and it was terrific. Will be back here and check out their burgers which I bear are great...will see.

My wife and I went to Mil's today for lunch and it will be the last time we go there. The service was bad. Had to ask for our coffee twice. They were cleaning the counter stools and the countertops with a dirty sponge. The place smells like nasty mop water. My wife's clam chowder was basically potato soup with a little bit of clams in it. The carrot sticks that she was given was bending like a limp noodle. And my cheeseburger was at best mediocre.

My first time here and it was a great visit. Service was very friendly and the food was great. It's a nice spot

A cute, old-fashioned place with really nice service like the good old days and a big menu. I had their salmon Caesar salad, and it was really good. They have a full bar in the back, a coffee shop kind of place with counter seating and booths on one side and the restaurant with wood paneling on the other side. Popular and worth a visit

Damn near everything was burnt from the chicken fried steak to the linguica will only go there for a hungover meal where I dont give a f. Just like the cooks

Good old fashion Dinner food. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. I had the linguica and eggs. Classic and done right. Also, the serve rye toast. Winner winner, they even serve diner

I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet. Maybe something for the kids at a bit of a lower price but not for an adult who believes his food should be warm.

The food was Ok. Had the fish and chips, and a few Lagunitas.The customer service was Exemplary! We are helping friend move from Eugene to Phoenix. When we got rhere they offered usexpanded seating for all 5 of us. We had dogs in the car by the windows with the ac on. The staff took us and the dogs to the patio, brought the dogs water and gave us everything we needed! They're fantastic. Thanks Ladies!

We rode out of Yosemite via 140 to Highway 33. We stopped in Patterson as a break and found Mil's Bar and Grill. It was a really cool old school stop for food and drink. Definitely going to make it a point to stop there again. If you drive Highway 5 you missed the heart of Patterson. It's a really cool Old Town feel when you drive Highway 33. And only slightly out of your way. Totally worth the extra few minutes. So much to see along the Route.

Great atmosphere and even greater service. There's always someone that knows just about everyone there and that adds to the overall atmosphere and experience this is definitely a recommended place. My wife would come here all the time and would recommend it to me it wasn't until I actually saw for myself that I realized it was such a great place.

Proteins were cooked well, vegetable medley was quite underwhelming (canned or frozen). Potatoes seemed like instant potatoes. Gravy tasted like pre-made heat & serve. The potential is there, just need to focus on quality rather than quantity.

Stopped in here for breakfast. The service was quick. The servers were really friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. There is a bar and buffet here. I did not check out that side of building. Had ham steak. It was thick cut, which is what we like. A little dry but still good flavor. We'll be back

Great Breakfast. That's all I have tried there bit as far as breakfast goes this is a keeper. Wait staff also very attentive and friendly.
